Alanna's story so far

Born in Halifax Nova Scotia, Alanna is a proud Bluenoser. Being raised on the east coast meant endless access to our beautiful beaches and greenspace with the added benefit of bustling small city living. The east coast is a place she feels lucky to call home.

In the early stages of her career, Alanna worked 7 years in customer service with Nova Scotia Power. Continuing her drive for purpose and acknowledging her entrepreneurial spirit she enrolled in the Esthetics program at The Hair Design Center in Nova Scotia to become a skin therapist. Focusing the last 5 years in the beauty industry has helped Alanna raise the bar for providing excellent customer service. Aesthetics and helping clients develop confidence has been one of Alanna’s most passionate and

fulfilling roles.

Following her heart, Alanna moved to Saint John, New Brunswick in 2018. She continued her career in Esthetics while assisting her partner in building a brand and online presence for his new business venture as an independent home builder. This exposure to new builds and renovations inspired and encouraged Alanna to pursue her real estate license.

Now licensed and ready for a new adventure herself, Alanna is eager to build new relationships, assist clients in finding their perfect home, and showcasing our beautiful east coast and all it has to offer. Alanna prides herself on being supportive, considerate, and dependable. Her genuine and outgoing personality and hard-working character can be felt by all who work with her and is how she strives to be recognized in her real estate career.

My Commitment To Community

It takes a village

I truly believe we are the community who shapes us. When I reflect on my upbringing and time spent living in Saint John I credit not only my parents, family and friends but, my neighbours and community members. Being able to give back to my community by having their best interest no matter the cost (literally) is where I thrive. Having the "take care of others" gene helps too! Giving back just feels right.

Details are my thing! I'm not too sure who I got this trait from but I wouldn't be me without it. I take pride in being detail orientated and not a detail goes missed when your with me. Big or small I like a challenge. You know that person who's low key excited when given a task, that's me. It's the thrill of making it to the finish line and knowing I've gone that extra mile to make the experience special for my clients. Being approachable, dependable, humble, driven and committed is what drives me to success. If you think we'd connect, let's work together!

Coastal Living and our River System

Why New Brunswick and Saint John specifically? We really are just as nice as people say and our winters really aren't as cold as you think, I promise!

We enjoy our green spaces and we have some of the most amazing views on the east coast! From hiking trails, sandy beaches and salty air to our epic river system where you'll find it to be a boaters paradise full of summer fun. To our small local business's like our breweries, cideries and distilleries whom are all about the dog days of summer just as much as we are.

We've got some pretty trendy shopping boutiques, thrift shops and sustainable living shops too!

Have I mentioned our restaurant scene yet? Of course the east coast of Canada is known widely for its fresh seafood, and were damn good at cooking it too but, we also have some of the most amazing authentic cuisine going. Italian By Night for your formal night out, Shushi, Thandi's for the curry lovers, Vegolution for the vegetarian and of course many hole in the wall, best food you've ever had kind of places.

Saturday and Sunday Markets anyone? We love a good market and local artisans (there's some major talent here) More authentic food options than you know what to do with here lol! You just have to switch it up each weekend to get a taste of it all. Wood workers, crafters, produce from local farmers and much more too!

Lastly let's talk about our historic properties and charm. Whether your enjoying the sites of Uptown or the outskirts and country life, you'll feel the warmth this city has to offer. Homes, buildings, offices, condo's, townhouses and shops have kept as much of the historic esthetic as they could. You really get an at home feeling when you take it all in. The charm of our coast line and the colorful homes you'll see give you a peace of mind. Sunsets on the river are a true treat! My favorite part of Saint John is the welcoming feeling from community members, as slow or fast pace of a life you'd like to have and our small local car washes. That's right! You'll find many duo's throughout the city who operate small independent car wash stands and its all done by hand. This is where you go when you want the job done right! And you're too lazy to do it yourself..  Let's be honest, we've all been there lol
